Contributions for the Regional Preparatory Ministerial Conference for Latin America and the Caribbean will be based on the results established by the preparatory work done in the thematic meetings, special working groups on the first fase and also on the documents prepared by governments and other stakeholders involved in the preparation process leading towards the second phase of the World Summit.

The Organizing Committee invites written contributions from all stakeholders to the Regional Action Plan (eLAC 2007). All received contributions will be published on the Regional CMSI website on the original language. Contributions should be sent by email to: publicacoes.conferencia@riocmsi.gov.br.
